When you submit your mailing list to us, we start by running it through our CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) certified software to standardize addresses and make sure they are valid. We then look for duplicates and also run the list through NCOA (National Change of Address). Once this is complete, we can find the deliverable addresses, non-deliverable addresses and possibly deliverable addresses. We can send back to you all of these lists so you can update your internal list if necessary. What does this mean for you? You save money on printing, mailing & postage.

We want you to get the BEST possible postage rates. That's why we drop ship your mail. Drop Shipping takes some of the work away from the Postal Services so they give us discounts. We pass these discounts onto you! What we do is verify your mail at the Post Office under which your or our permit is held, then drop ship the mail to the appropriate destination Post Office to save as much postage money as possible.
